Back in April, Jet.com's Talent Experience team hosted a UX Hackathon focused around the candidate experience. Although there were wonderful ideas that came out of the event (check them out here!), there was one that stood above the rest.
Designers Yi-Ting Chieng (right) and Xinbei Hu (left) blew the judges away with their concept of a candidate first chrome extension that job seekers could use to get a match score for any job description they landed on. Including features such as saving jobs and tips to improve your resume for a stronger match.
With the help of Sean Echevarria (center) from Jet.com and Def Method, the TX team was able to bring to life this concept and we hope that you take advantage in its power.
